What should I do if I have an accident?

In the event of an accident, God forbid, it is necessary to immediately contact the authorities (such as Najm if the other party is insured or the traffic police if not) and request an official accident report and visit the nearest branch to hand over the report and the vehicle.

What is the procedure in case of maintenance or breakdowns?

Renters must return the car if it needs routine maintenance or has experienced breakdowns during the rental period. No repairs or maintenance are allowed at any external workshops without prior approval.

Am I responsible for parking violations and traffic fines?

Parking violations or traffic fines incurred by the renter are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Can I use the car outside of Saudi Arabia?

The car cannot be taken out of Saudi Arabia except to GCC countries after obtaining an authorization letter from the rental branch to use the car outside the kingdom, certified by the Chamber of Commerce. Additional fees will be applied for external authorization.

Can I return the car to a different location, are there delivery fees?

The car can be delivered between cities and regions with additional fees determined during booking.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Can I add additional driver to the contract?

An additional driver can be added to the contract with an additional fee, noting that the rental terms apply to the additional driver as well and the additional driver attends the branch at the time of rental.

What are the requirements for renting for a Saudi citizen, resident, or citizens of GCC countries?

Citizens or residents must have a valid driver's license, a valid ID/residency from the same country, a credit card for payment, and the renter must be at least 21 years old.

What are the requirements for renting for a visitor?

Visitors must hold a passport, an international driver's license from the same country, a visit visa, a credit card for payment, and the renter must be at least 21 years old.

Are there additional fees for returning the car late?

In case of late return of the car for a period not exceeding 4 additional hours from agreed return time, the late hours are calculated according to the following equation: (daily rental rate x number of late hours)/24 x 2 = cost of additional late hours

In case of late return of the car for a period exceeding 4 hours from agreed return time, the renter pays an amount equivalent to the full daily rental fee.
