How to become a member
Customers with Ajar membership (Ajar Loyalty Program) enjoy many benefits were they can earn and redeem miles. Once you close your first lease with us, you will be eligible to be part of the programs that gives you many privileges if you meet the terms and conditions of being a member.
How to get first tier Green membership:
As soon as the customer complete first contract, the customer will be eligible for the Green membership if customer meets the Terms and Conditions.
How to be eligible for silver membership:
Once the customer complete six contracts; or achieve 3000 miles, during the year 1st of January – 31st of December the membership will be automatically upgraded the silver membership if customer meets the Terms and Conditions.
How to be eligible for gold membership:
Once the customer complete ten contracts; or achieve 15000 miles, during the year 1st of January – 31st of December the membership will be automatically upgraded the Gold membership if customer meets the Terms and Conditions.
How to be eligible for Titanium membership:
Once the customer complete seventy five contracts; or achieve 50,000 miles, during the year 1st of January – 31st of December the membership will be automatically upgraded the Titanium membership if customer meets the Terms and Conditions.
Earn & Redeem Miles
As a member of Ajar Loyalty Program program, you will enjoy a lot of benefits. The more you rent and spend with Ajar the more miles you earn, the more rewards you can enjoy. You will earn miles each time you open and close contract, weather it is (Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) contract.

| 1.25 Miles per every one Riyal spent | Silver membership |
| 1.50 Miles per every one Riyal spent | Gold membership |
| 2 Miles per every one Riyal spent | Titanium membership |
Redeem Miles
Customer can redeem their miles earned in different ways:- free rental days
- Upgrade the car selected to higher category
- Full or partial payment towards the rental contract value
- Cash vouchers with selected partners

Upgrading Ajar Loyalty Program membership
Ajar Loyalty Program membership offers four tiers of membership - Green, Silver, Gold and Titanium.
Each Tier offers different benefits advantages, the more you rent a Ajar car,
the more tier miles you will earn, bringing you closer to the next tier of membership.
As a Ajar Loyalty Program Titanium, Gold or Silver member, you will enjoy additional privileges and benefits than Green Ajar Loyalty Program member.
How you will be eligible to upgrade Tier:
- If you are a silver member; and completed less than six contracts or earned less than 3000 Ajar Loyalty Program miles during one year 1st of January to 31st of December, you shall drop back to Green tier.
- If you are a silver member; and completed more than six contracts but less than ten contracts, or earned more than or equal to 3000 Ajar Loyalty Program miles but less than 15000 Ajar Loyalty Program miles during one year 1st of January to 31st of December,you shall remain in silver tier.
- If you are a gold member; and completed less than 10 contracts or earned less than 15000 Ajar Loyalty Program miles during one year 1st of January to 31st of December,you shall drop back to silver tier.
- If you are a gold member; and completed more than 10 contracts, or earned more than or equal to 15000 Ajar Loyalty Program miles during one year 1st of January to 31st of December,you shall remain in gold tier.
- If you are a Titanium member; and completed less than 75 contracts or earned less than 50,000 Ajar Loyalty Program miles during one year 1st of January to 31st of December, you shall drop back to gold tier.
- If you are a Titanium member; and completed more than 75 contracts, or earned more than or equal to 50,000 Ajar Loyalty Program miles during one year 1st of January to 31st of December, you shall remain in Titanium tier.
Titanium Membership
Once the customer complete seventy five contracts; or achieve 50,000 miles, during the year 1st of January – 31st of December the membership will be automatically upgraded the Titanium membership if customer meets the Terms and Conditions.
